Members outside the US offer Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and similar products in jurisdictions worldwide.

Membership Criteria
ICI offers full membership to SEC-registered investment companies, their investment advisers, and principal underwriters, as well as investment managers sponsoring regulated funds offered to investors in jurisdictions worldwide.
We offer associate membership to industry service providers and CIT trust companies.
